By using this site the user unconditionally accepts the terms mentioned below and/or elsewhere on this site.

Payment Options – Payment must be made in advance, before any goods are dispatched. We use Paypal and postal cheque for payments (please note that you will have the option to pay by credit/debit at the checkout of the Pay pal payment system).

Delivery Methods & Times – Delivery for UK orders will be by Courier or Royal Mail. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only and must be signed for. We will make every effort to dispatch orders in time for the specified delivery date, however, once your parcel is in the hands of the courier we have no control over the delivery process. If delivery does not take place on the specified date, no refund shall be given.

All items require a signature. If nobody is available to take receipt of the parcel, the courier may attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. Otherwise, a card will be left with details of how to arrange re-delivery or collection.

During periods of industrial action by postal workers, items sent by post are subject to delay and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Address – It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the delivery address is completed correctly on the order form. No refunds shall be given for mistakes due to incorrect delivery addresses.

In the unlikely event that your parcels are lost during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery. Compensation may be available, up to a maximum of the price paid by the customer, if the parcel cannot be traced and are confirmed as lost by the carriers.

Damages – All our paintings leave in perfect condition, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for minor damages that may occur during transit.

Refunds – Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same credit card used to place the order.

Our total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether that arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

By placing an order through our website, over the telephone, or by any other medium you are agreeing to these terms.
